I had a pleasant stay at Civitel Olympic, enjoying the clean, modern rooms and the warm hospitality of the staff. The location, while a bit removed from the city center, offered good access to local transportation and amenities. The breakfast selection was impressive, though I found some warm dishes could be improved. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely return when in Athens.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding that ensured a restful sleep. I did notice some water damage in the bathroom which could use attention, but overall, it was modern and tidy.
Service

The staff were exceptionally friendly and quick to assist with any needs or inquiries, providing excellent recommendations for dining and accommodating special requests seamlessly.
Location

Situated in the Marousi district, it was a convenient choice, especially for business activities, though it is outside the main tourist areas. Still, it only took about 20 minutes to reach central Athens.
Dining

The variety offered during breakfast was good, including both healthy options and delicious pastries. My favorite was definitely the salmon dish from the menu, although some warm items could be served hotter.
Facilities

The hotel provided free Wi-Fi and had decent gym facilities available, though they were a bit limited in size. I appreciated the complimentary mini-bar, which added to the value of my stay.

6.0/10

My stay at Civitel Olympic was overall decent. While the friendly staff and excellent breakfast selection stood out, the noise from the adjacent highway was a considerable drawback, making it hard to fully enjoy my time there. Additionally, my room's heating was too high, which added to my discomfort. Considering these factors, I would lean toward recommending it primarily for business travelers. 🌟

Rooms
7.0
The room was modern and spacious, featuring high-quality furnishings and a comfortable bed. However, it faced a busy highway, making it noisy when the window was open, and the heating was excessively high during my stay.
Service
9.0
The staff were consistently friendly and professional, responding promptly to any needs I had. The breakfast service was especially attentive and polite.
Location

Civitel Olympic is conveniently located near the Olympic complex and shopping malls, which I found quite helpful. However, the hotel’s proximity to a busy road can be a nuisance during nighttime.
Dining
8.0
The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of foods, though some hot options were not as fresh as I hoped. Still, the baked goods were good.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were modern and clean, with free Wi-Fi and a complimentary mini bar that added extra value to my stay. However, the air conditioning and heating could use some improvements.

My stay at Civitel Olympic was quite mixed. The rooms were spacious and super clean, which made for a comfy setup, plus the breakfast had a decent variety. However, the traffic noise from the busy Kifisias avenue was a bit of a downer, making it hard to sleep with the windows open. If you're in Athens for business or events at the nearby Olympic stadium, it's a good choice, but for sightseeing, you might wanna be closer to the city center.

The room was tidy and modern with comfy bedding and a great hydro massage bathtub. I loved how spacious it was, perfect for kicking back after a long day.
Service

The staff were so friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Their positive attitude really made a difference during my stay.
Location

While the hotel is perfectly located for business in the Marousi district and directly across from shopping options, getting to the main attractions in Athens was a bit of a trek.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was nice with plenty of choices, but for lunch or dinner, there weren’t many onsite options, so I had to venture out for meals.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had solid amenities like a free mini bar and good Wi-Fi. It’s not a luxury spot, but it covers the basics well.

My stay at Civitel Olympic was a mixed bag. While I loved the friendly staff and the breakfast was definitely a highlight, the location next to a busy highway made sleeping tough. The rooms were modern and clean, but I really struggled with the noise and bright lights coming through the curtains.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms are modern and clean, but they face a busy street, making it noisy, especially with the windows open. The curtains didn't block out light well either.
Service
9.0
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.
Location
6.0
The hotel is a bit away from the city center, but it’s super close to the Olympic stadium and a shopping mall. A cab ride to the heart of Athens costs about 10-15 Euros.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was impressive with a variety of options, but dining for other meals is limited since the hotel doesn't have many choices without a taxi ride.
Facilities
7.0
Good amenities like free Wi-Fi and a well-stocked mini bar added value, but the hotel could use some renovation in the long run.

I spent over a week at Civitel Olympic while needing to be close to a family member at the hospital. The hotel provided a comfortable stay with spacious junior suites and a very good breakfast buffet. even if I didn’t always have time to enjoy it. The room service was excellent, but I found the high bathtub a challenge. Parking access was a bit tricky due to the steep incline.

Rooms
8.0
My junior suite was spacious with ample closet space, modern and clean, though the bathtub was suited for taller people. The noise from Kifisias Avenue could be noticeable, but it didn't keep me from sleeping well most nights.
Service
9.0
The staff were very friendly and professional. Eva at reception made my arrival smooth and welcoming, and room service was efficient and attentive throughout my stay.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location is convenient for accessing nearby hospitals and the Olympic Park, and it’s across from a large shopping mall. However, it's a bit far from Athens' city center. about 10-15 Euros for a cab ride into town.
Dining
8.0
The breakfast selection was extensive and offered great variety, and service was attentive. While there were limited options for dinner at the hotel, the local restaurants nearby filled that gap.
Facilities
7.0
Amenities included a complimentary stocked mini bar, which was a good touch. Access to the parking facility was challenging due to the incline, but room features like free Wi-Fi and quick check-in made up for it.
